St. Vincent de Paul provides a number of service-enriched programs to make sure people can maintain their housing. This includes tenant and financial education, specialized savings accounts, repairs for low income homeowners, and general emergency support.

Social Services Office

The Social Service Office at St. Vincent de Paul’s Lindholm Service Center is CLOSED until further notice. Until the Social Service Office reopens, please visit the Lane County emergency services provider list.

Second Chance Renters Education

Second Chance Renters offers tenant education through a trauma-informed and strengths based approach. The program is a series of 8 powerful and informative classes taught by St. Vincent de Paul staff and local community experts.

Individual Development Acounts

The Valley Individual Development Account (VIDA) Program, helps low-to-moderate income households achieve major life and financial goals by saving money, which is then compounded by a generous match of state and federal funds.

Regional Housing Rehabilitation Program

The Regional Housing Rehabilitation Program (RHRP) is a home repair loan program for people living in small cities and unincorporated areas of Lane County. The program provides financial assistance for health and safety repairs so that people can live safely in their homes.
