Oak Terrace provides 48 units of affordable family housing in Florence, OR. These two and three bedroom units are available for persons at or below 50 percent of area median income. The large site was subdivided to include rental housing, a St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store, and a small strip mall. Project amenities include a community room, computer room, on-site laundry, community garden, and children’s play area. This project won Oregon Housing and Community Service’s award for best Resident Services. There are three accessible units available, and each include a washer and dryer in the unit.
