Spruce Terrace is a development of attractive duplexes in Mt. Angel, OR resulting in a total of 34 units of affordable housing. SVDP partnered with Mt. Angel Training Center and St. Joseph’s Shelter to set aside service assisted units for their clients. There are 6 accessible units, each with washer/dryer hookups. Unit sizes are a mixture of one, two, and three bedroom units, affordable to persons at or below 40 and 50 percent of area median income. Project amenities include onsite laundry, community room with computer lab, community garden, and playground.
