Two and three bedroom units are available for persons at or below 50 percent of area median income. Some of the units are set aside for transitional housing families. In an ongoing effort to be environmentally responsible, this project features bio-swales that treat storm water on site. Project amenities include a playground, community room, onsite laundry, an onsite Resident Services Coordinator, and community garden.
