Oakwood Manor is located on Oakpatch Road in west Eugene. This 72 unit complex has one, two, and three bedroom units. Half of the units are available to persons at or below 50 percent of area median income and the other half are for persons at or below 60 percent. Some units are designated for transitional housing families and for clients of other social service agencies. Project amenities include 2 playgrounds, community room, onsite laundry room, community garden, and a Resident Services Coordinator.
