The Mary Skinner Apartments was the very first Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project SVDP developed. This project provides 40 single room occupancy (SRO) units for very low income individuals. Each common kitchen area is shared by five tenants to use for cooking. Each tenant has their own bathroom. Project amenities include an onsite laundry room and pop machine.
