The Lamplighter Apartments was an acquisition/rehab of an existing apartment complex. Most of the rehabilitation work was to increase the energy efficiency of the units, which increases affordability by passing on utility bill savings to the tenants. This apartment building consists of 15 units, a mixture of studio, one, and two bedroom apartments. These units are affordable to persons at or below 50 percent of area median income.
