This project was completed in two phases. Bluebelle I included the development of a public road and 10 units of rental townhouses. Bluebelle II was an in-fill lot that was subdivided into 7 lots. The original house on the lot was moved and rehabilitated and 6 new homes were built, for a total of 7 homes. Three of these homes are used for transitional housing and the remaining 4 houses are lease-to-own housing. Solar water heating systems are included in all the rental housing. Rents are affordable for persons at or below 50 percent of area median.
