The Social Service Office is always in need of financial support to provide emergency assistance to people in need: thank you for donating!
 

Volunteer
Volunteers receive guests, answer phones, and help in the food room. In addition, volunteers are needed to visit families requesting support and fellowship.

Social Service Office

Everyone falls on hard times.  Whether it’s due to layoffs, family illness, natural disasters, or other life challenges, people need a place to turn during times of distress. For over 64,000 people annually in Lane County, St. Vincent de Paul’s Social Service Office is that place. 

At the Lindholm Service Center, St. Vincent de Paul's Social Service Office (SSO), people benefit from the following:

  • Utility assistance
  • Food boxes in the Atkinson Food Room
  • Rent assistance
  • Emergency prescription medications
  • Propane vouchers for heating
  • Bus tokens
