Resident Services Mission Statement

St. Vincent de Paul Resident Services will at all times act as a liaison between Property Management, tenants, and the community. Resident Services Coordinators seek to aid all parties in preventing evictions, promoting lease compliance, and defusing tenant struggles within the home and among neighbors.

Donations from the community sure do help!

We suggest items associated with personal hygiene, household cleaning, home office. Canned food is welcome. Monetary donations help, too!

Holiday Joy starts in October! Pay your good fortune forward! Sponsor a low-income household.

Resident Services

Support Beyond Four Walls and A Roof

kids activities

Housing is more than just four walls and a roof. The Resident Services Program provides built-in support for tenants in St. Vincent de Paul's affordable housing. Our Resident Service Coordinators work with tenants to identify services that will address the poverty of information, skills, and opportunities that many have experienced.

We focus on the opportunity that stability provides and assist families in gaining skills, setting goals and building community. Helping tenants maintain housing and social stability so their household can flourish forms the core of the Resident Services Program. Many events and workshops are offered to tenants to learn new skills, foster a sense of community, and combat isolation. From daily one-on-one problem solving to monthly community events, there is something for every resident.
