Services at LIFT 

The LIFT program provides a wide array of support services to provide stability to an individual or family. Services include:

• Community resource and referral for addictions services
• Individualized and collaborative case management
• Weekly support groups
• Housing search assistance and placement
• Rental subsidies
• Community resource and referral for support services
• Financial literacy through Individual Development Accounts
• Renter’s education through Second Chance

Please Note: Due to COVID-19, some support groups have been suspended. Our women’s support group is being held virtually.

Eligibility

Families must complete a Front Door Assessment to determine eligibility. Connections Rapid Rehousing receives housing referrals from Lane County and will reach out to those individuals to begin the housing process.
