The South Hilyard site was the City of Eugene’s first landbank site, and was held for affordable housing for over 20 years. This housing development is a point of pride for our organization, the City of Eugene, and the neighborhood where it is located. It is often featured on housing tours and has become a prime example of quality affordable housing and neighborhood compatibility.
