There are four different complexes of senior and disabled housing located in Salem and Jefferson.
- Four Oaks – 24 units in Salem, OR
- Stayton Manor – 16 units in Salem, OR
- Hazel Court – 16 units in Jefferson, OR
- Wallerwood Apartments – 22 units in Salem, OR
All of these projects were acquisition/rehabs of expiring Project Based Section 8 projects. Rehabilitation was completed without having to relocate any of the tenants.
