Corey Commons is a 21 unit complex built in Cottage Grove in 2004. These two and three bedroom units are available to persons at or below 50 percent of area median income. Units feature solar water heating systems and drain heat recovery systems to reduce tenants’ monthly expenses. Two units are set aside for farm worker families. Project amenities include a community room, computer room, onsite laundry, and a Resident Services Coordinator. This project was featured in the City of Cottage Grove’s application for All-American City status.
