Property Management

St. Vincent de Paul affordable housing is managed in-house by Property Management. Property Management is responsible for approving new tenants, keeping up on maintenance, and ensuring that the Agency complies with all local, state and federal regulations.

Prospective Tenants:


To be eligible for St. Vincent de Paul affordable housing you must have a source of income or rental assistance such as a Section 8 voucher or other program. As the waitlist is now closed, keep apprised of further developments by visiting this page or St. Vincent de Paul's Facebook page.
