Property Management
All St. Vincent de Paul housing is managed by our Property Management department. Property Management is responsible for keeping a waiting list for properties, approving new tenants, maintaining all properties, and ensuring that the agency complies with all local, state and federal regulations.
To be eligible for St. Vincent de Paul Housing you must get on our waiting list. The housing waiting list is currently closed. Contact the St. Vincent de Paul Administrative Office with any questions. We are located at 705 Seneca Road in Eugene, or call (541) 687-5820. The office is open Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
Please note that it typically takes 12-18 months to get into housing. We do not offer any emergency housing.
