St. Vincent de Paul affordable housing is managed in-house by Property Management. Property Management is responsible for keeping a waiting list for properties, approving new tenants, keeping up on maintenance, and ensuring that the Agency complies with all local, state and federal regulations.
To be eligible for St. Vincent de Paul affordable housing you must have a source of income or rental assistance such as a Section 8 voucher or other program. To apply for the waitlist visit the St. Vincent de Paul Administrative Office at 2890 Chad Drive, Eugene and fill out the waitlist application. If you are approved you will be notified by mail and placed on the waitlist.
