Property Management

All St. Vincent de Paul housing is managed by our Property Management department. Property Management is responsible for keeping a waiting list for properties, approving new tenants, maintaining all properties, and ensuring that the agency complies with all local, state and federal regulations.

To rent an apartment with St. Vincent de Paul Housing you must get on our waiting list. Please visit the St. Vincent de Paul Administrative Office at 2890 Chad Drive in Eugene to fill out the pre-application form. If you are approved you will be placed on the waiting list. You must have some source of income in order to be eligible for our housing. Call (541) 687-5820 if you have any questions.

Note for people who are already on the waiting list: you are no longer required to submit a monthly update form.

Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., except for holidays. For after-hours tenant emergencies only, please page us at (541) 465-0149.
