Resident Services

Building community, not just houses

Housing is more than just four walls and a roof. St. Vincent de Paul helps build neighborhoods through its interactive Resident Services programs. Multi-family complexes pose special challenges and opportunities. Resident Services Coordinators help organize events, while empowering tenants to take charge.

Resident Service Coordinators often make referrals to other helping agencies while maintaining partnerships with agencies such as Food for Lane County. As a result of this partnership with Food for Lane County, we are able to provide free summer breakfast and lunch programs, as well as the Extra Helping Program, which provides free bread and produce to tenants.

St. Vincent de Paul’s Resident Services provide fun, structured activities for hundreds of families, while improving their quality of life.
