Save Wednesday, Oct. 23 for Satin Love Orchestra and First Place Family Center.

St. Vinnie’s 2013 Dinner Theatre at the Hilton has new glitz! Already synonymous with an elegant evening of lively entertainment to benefit homeless families with children, this year’s Dinner Theatre also has Eugene’s own Satin Love Orchestra and its toe-tapping repertoire of funky favorites from the seventies and eighties. Save the date! You’ll have to dance!

And you’ll have that opportunity. As the program winds down the tables will be pushed aside to make room for those who dance, and those who can’t resist. No more dancing among the chairs!

Little girl in swing, Dad behind. All that topping a room full of tempting silent-auction items and the popular Wall of Wine, a sumptuous meal, and an oral auction of irresistible opportunities and great getaways. All proceeds benefit First Place Family Center which last year helped 500 families with more than 1,200 children while they were homeless or at-risk for becoming homeless. Co-chairs for this year's Dinner Theatre are Jim Hoffman, longtime Eugene attorney, and his wife Carla Hoffman.

So invite your partner, set out your dancing shoes, and mark your calendar for Wednesday, October 23: A memorable evening in support of homeless families with children. Individual tickets are $75 each. You can also:
