IT'S EGAN SEASON! For the latest on emergency shelter for homeless adults, visit the Egan Warming Center website. For daytime services visit the Eugene Service Station, now on winter hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week.

St. Vincent de Paul is Lane County’s largest nonprofit human services organization, helping over 84,000 people annually. We accomplish our mission in six core areas: Affordable Housing, Emergency Services, Homeless Services, Recycling Programs, Retail Thrift Stores, and Self-Sufficiency Services.

Caldera Songwriters Have Egan Benefit Dec. 19

Beth Wood and the Caldera Songwriters will again turn their talents to treasure in a benefit concert for the Egan Warming Center and the homeless adults and youth it serves. The Songwriters will perform at Tsunami Books on Friday, Dec. 19 at 7:30 p.m. Admission is on a sliding scale. Please bring donations of cash and/or warm items in adult/youth sizes.

6th Egan Memorial Is December 18th

The death of Maj. Thomas Egan led to formation of the Egan Warming Center.

It won't be Christmas until we remember Maj. Thomas Egan who died of exposure on a Eugene street, and celebrate the faith communities, partners and volunteers of the Egan Warming Center. When the weather turns ugly and everyone else heads home, the EWC volunteers put their concerns on hold to provide lifesaving hospitality to those living without homes.
